Hosting an Event, Workshop or Taking Orders Online?

The first place you've went to is probably Google Forms. But, how do you plan to take payments? Please don't make your customers import a QR Code and upload a screenshot. That's just painful. With the Just Collect Forms plugin you can now link your Google Form to your Just Collect Group! Follow the instructions below to get started!

      1. Sign up on the Just Collect Web Dashboard
      2. Fill out your KYC details to start accepting payments.
      3. You will then be taken to the home screen.
      4. Congrats, you're now a Just Collect Merchant!
      5. You will see that you have a few free Just Collect Credits to get started!

      1. Go to your Google Form.
      2. Open the options menu on the top-left corner (click on the 3 dots in the corner). Select the "Get add-ons" option. This will open the Google Workspace Marketplace.
      3. Search for the Just Collect Forms Add-On (you can simply type "just collect" in the search bar). Go through the installation process.
      4. Once the plugin is installed, you will see that a new button with the shape of a puzzle appears in your top menu bar. Click on the icon to open the add-ons menu.
      5. In that menu click on "Just Collect Forms". A dialog menu will open up with options that the add-on provides you with. Click on "Copy Your Google Form ID" option.
      6. This will open up a new dialog showing you your Google Form ID with a button to copy it.
      7. Please copy and save this Google Form ID for the next step.

      1. Click on the purple menu button in the top-left corner of the middle panel. That will open up the groups menu.
      2. Let's add a new group. Click on the (+ Create New Group) button at the bottom of the menu.
      3. A dialog will show up asking you to enter the Group's Name and Google Form ID. Enter your preferred name and the Form ID that you copied over from Google Forms. Click on "Confirm" to add the group.

      1. You can now share your Google Form with everyone!
      2. Visit the Just Collect Web Dashboard to see how many people have already paid.
      3. IMPORTANT: Make sure you have enough Just Collect Credits to accept incoming payments! Click on "Purchase More Credits" if you're running low. Just Collect will not accept responses if you don't have enough balance.
